Support / Care Workers
Aspire UK provide specialist and complex care services, which are person centred and nurse led to adults who may have conditions ranging from Acquired Brain Injury, Spinal Injuries or other progressive diseases such are Alzheimer’s, Dementia, Motor Neuron Disease (MND) AND Multiple Sclerosis (MS).
We are currently seeking Support / Care Workers to join our current established and expanding teams.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- You will support clients with all aspects of daily living, which will include personal care, respiratory care, therapies and medication administration.
- Provide support in social activities and interests.
- Accompany on hospital and other therapeutic appointments.
- Socialising and maintaining friendships and relationships.
- Increasing independence and autonomy.
- Supporting and enabling to identify and achieve goals.
- Assist with domestic duties including daily food preparation.
Applicants must have clear written and verbal communication skills, be friendly and upbeat with a great sense of humour.
Excellent people skills are a must, this combined with the ability to engage and encourage clients to thrive.

Quality Monitoring Officer Roles
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our QMO’s ensure the highest standard of care and support is being delivered at all times. They work closely with clients to develop and review tailored care plans, and confidently guide and support a group of Aspire’s care workers. They support the company by completing a range of managerial and organisational tasks and are rewarded with competitive benefits.
You have hands-on care experience and possess good planning, organisational and interpersonal skills. You have access to your own car and potential supervision experience within the health and social care sector. You have obtained a QCF Level 2 or 3 qualification in Health and Social Care and you have a working knowledge of domiciliary care.
Specialist and Complex Care Workers
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our support workers in the Specialist and Complex Care Division help Asp ire’s clients to lead independent, fulfilling lives. They deliver tailored, person-centred care, helping their clients with all aspects of daily living and personal care. All candidates are subject to an enhanced DBS check.
You are passionate about helping others and working in the care industry. You possess great teamwork and interpersonal skills and have a friendly, approachable and enthusiastic attitude. Please note, prior experience is advantageous but not essential for this role.
