Patricia Branson

Registered Manager

Patricia Branson has 40 years’ experience in the care sector. Managing teams and supporting vulnerable people and children in their own homes, day services and residential care. She is the Operations Registered Manager for the service, her value base reflects Aspire UK culture, putting clients and staff first, keeping people safe and enabling them to have a fulfilled life. She has always works in partnership positively with families, circle of support and professionals, finding solutions and overcoming barriers. She is proud of the service and the staff, always providing dignity, respecting clients, their homes, heritage, religious beliefs, providing individualised person centred care.

Patricia has 40 years of experience in the care sector, managing teams and supporting vulnerable people and children in their own homes, day services and residential care. Katherine Bryan

Training Manager

Katherine heads up our Training Department and has worked in the social care sector for 18 years; 8 years in management and has achieved her Level 5 in leadership and management within health and social care. Katherine is a strong believer in person centred approach; and being a pillar of support for those we care for in the community. Her role is to ensure that our staff are fully trained and equipped to meet social care standards with excellence; to manage their ongoing development and supporting them to be the best they can be.

Katherine heads our training department and has worked in the social care sector for 18 years, including eight years in management. She has achieved a Level 5 in leadership and management within health and social care. Katherine strongly believes in a person-centred approach and in being a pillar of support for those we care for in the community. Her role is to ensure that our staff are fully trained and equipped to meet social care standards with excellence, manage their ongoing development, and support them to be the best they can be.

Gina Lockton

Compliance and Audit Manager

As our compliance and audit manager, Gina ensures our clients receive the highest standards of care. In addition, she promotes staff training and helps manage quality audits and compliance. Gina has an extensive background in the care industry and managerial positions. And when she isn’t working hard for Aspire, she enjoys the outdoors and loves spending time with her children and grandson.

Kerry Morgan - Aspire UK home care

Kerry Morgan

Team Leader

Kerry Morgan’s role is to deliver a high Standard of quality care support to all service users and to develop Person Centered Support Plans, Needs Assessments, and carry out Risk Assessments, to ensure services users safety and the care they receive is effective. She has compassion and a caring nature, and likes to learn things to develop her skills. She has always had a genuine concern for other people’s welfare, and empathy for their situation, as ageing can be a difficult, confusing and, at times, painful process. 

Kerry’s role is to deliver a high standard of quality care support to all clients, develop person-centred support plans and needs assessments, and carry out risk assessments to ensure clients’ safety and that the care they receive is effective. She has compassion and a caring nature and likes to constantly learn to develop her skills. She has always had a genuine concern for other people’s welfare and empathy for their situation.
